Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect my time and other clients, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Clients who no-show or late cancel multiple times may be required to prepay for future appointments. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving 10–15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled to avoid disrupting the next appointment.
